Company History of Insurance Services of Augusta:

Our heritage is anchored in 1917 with the founding of the Lockhart and McAuliffe Company. At the time, Augusta was a bustling cotton center. As Augusta grew, so did our reputation for excellence.  Taking great pride in our reputation for service and products, and recognizing that insurance was by then our sole profession, we adopted the name of Insurance Services of Augusta in 1972.

In 1992, we vacated the historic Georgia Railroad Bank building and moved to our current offices at 2945 Walton Way. Our Staff has grown to twenty professionals and we anticipate continued growth and prosperity in the years to come.
